I had a turkey burger and fries yesterday :(
Oh well, I'm not dead.. just eating ALOT better.
Here's a great easy fish dish i made today:
lightly coat a glass pyrex or baking pan with Olive oil
Layer your favorite fish on the bottom (i used a yellow tail flounder). season lightly with Bragg Liquid amino, black or cayenne pepper, top with sliced tomatoes, more pepper and maybe some herbs (cilantro, basil, parsley, or whatever you like). Sprinkle all with feshly squeezed organic lemon juice (what else?), white wine and sprinkle on some bread crumbs ( i used a persillade mix i keep on hand in the freezer which has lemon zest, garlic and a touch of parm mixed into the whole wheat crumbs)
Dot with butter (very little) + (optional)
Bake high heat or broil low flame,,
Friggin yummy!

Sorry to those eating lemon juice :), but now you know what us chefs have to go through !!!!!
One thing that i kept telling myself when i MC'd was, "this food will be here in week or two, just remember that.. You will eat again.
Strangly enough, i only had to bring on the real will power when preparing the really healthy and good/natural foods..
When making a cream sauce or heavy meat item, i wasn't effected. It hurt not to eat the vegies, soups and fruits the most.
