I broke my cleanse one day early (went 9 instead of 10 days) on 2/13.
Did the OJ for a full day and made veg soup for the next day (snuck a few sips of broth, was too tempting)
Day 2, I know i was supposed to wait till evening to have the veg broth, but i didn't. I had OJ again in the AM ten couldn't help myself for the first time in 10 days my will to do things by the book and as planned failed, I had not only the broth, but the veg and BARLEY i put in the soup!
It was soo F-in good, but i got an immediate headach. (why did that happen?)
It was kinda worth it though.
The next day (day 3) I had more soup (like almost a
quart including veg and barley, kale , mmmmm) and more OJ.
I felt fine. Did a HUGE #2 which i was so proud of (like a little boy)
Got some probiotics (suprema dophilus) and a
Colon Cleanse (mainly made up of senna and psyllium husk powder) {that is working great!)
I lost 12 #'s in 9 days and gained back 4 in the last 3.
I am planning on eating much healthier, excercising alot more and need to lose another 30#'s to get down to my 185# goal.
Green Juice, Organic vegies and salads, dressings made with Braggs AC vin, Good fishes, Free range chicken, dd i say green juice!!! Nothing better for Alkalizing your body...
I know i will be back here many times over the year, but I want to thank EVERYONE who was here to support me and all the other newbies through..
You are all magical people and I appreciate you sharing your wisdom.
