Thanks for the great advise. Yes I have the book and have read and high-lighted many notes. There seems to be differing protocols, hense all my questions. I will try to stick with the Master-Cleanse for as long as 10 days if I can hack it. So if I have this straight, I do the MC, then wait a week or so and then do the P & B (which I am not reslly sure what that does exactly), and a parasite cleanse at the same time, then do the Liver Flush.

What parasite cleanse has anyone done? I have read about Paragone and Clarkia . Which one if any would you recommend? Also, if the Master-Cleanse does everything, why is there a seperate forum for just Bowel Cleansing? Just thought I'd ask.
