I really feel great- a little irritable and lazy, but no major detox symptoms.
But I really want to eat. I'm cooking dinner and had planned to make something I didn't particularly care for but did not have all the ingredients and didn't feel much like leaving the house tonight. So I'm making something easy, but it smells so good.
In reading the "what would you do differently" thread, I've dedcided to define the end of my Master-Cleanse as day 14, then switch over to juices for 5-7 (except I don't have a jucier yet). But I have to be honest, I'm not sure I can make it. I suppose I'll remain motivated as long as the scale keeps moving downward. I've lost 10 pounds.
6 days down, 8 more Master-Cleanse days to go. Then on to juicing.
