Yes,I am doing all the right proportions. Some mornings the smooth move works and some time it doesn't. I do the 2 qts of SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and about and 1 1/2 hr later I start on my drink,I try to do that every two hours with a glass of water in between. I lost about 13 pounds first week but this week I have gained and lost but basically am the same as I was last Wed. This concerns me as I thought that I would be losing toxins through the weight loss. I really felt good last week. This week I feel o.k. about like I did before I started.
