confused

I was reading about Dr. Schultz detox program, and I was wondering if the same thing will be accomplished with the MC. I am on day 11 and nothing remarkable is happening except it takes 2-3 hours for the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to work its way thru. My tongue is white andI have lost some weight. I measured when I started and measured again today, I was surprised that I had lost inches everywhere but my stomach, which is where I needed it the most. I had read somewhere that bentoite can be helpful in removing the plaque, if so can that bwe done during the fast. Next question do you always stop when the tongue turns pink or can you continue for 30 days?
