constipation on Master Cleanse

Help I have not had a BM in 3 days
I have done the salt water flush in the morning and the laxitive tea every night for the past 3 days. I'm on day 5 of the Master Cleanse. Any suggestions? I recently did a gallbladder flush and I'm wondering if something isn't stuck. I'm thinking about taken ES because that seem to work very quickly but also only seemed to produce excess water. Any advice would be appreciated.
