Thanks for your insight. I'm not known for being regular :) but before the Master I did the GB flush and felt like a firehose went thru and cleaned me out. Sorry for being so graphic. I do not have any discomfort so hopefully nothing is lodged. I had great results from the GB flush. Many large and small stones. I mean a few hundred at least. I did finally have a BM about 3 hours after I posted that last msg. so things are much better. I thought of taking more drastic measures like an enema but I really wastn't excited about going that route. I'm going to possibly get some stronger tea and up the amount of Sea Salt to see what affect that has if I run into problems again. I just have one more question...If you are not eating anything...should there be anything coming out? I mean I'm expelling liquids all day just very few BM's.

I only seem to be able to have about 4-6 lemonaides per day. Mostly on the lower end. Water is tough. I'm never thirsty because of all the lemonaides. I do drink but I'd say only a few extra 10 oz glasses per day. I know that is terrible. I'm drinking more liquids than I ever have in my life though.I don't feel dehydrated at all. Actually today I feel great! I just am worried I should be having more BM's so I'm open to all suggestions.
