Thanks for all the information so far. To answer your question Dee, I was wanting to try to go for 10 days also. I'll see if I want to go more after that. I have figured out a time when I can do it without pressure from others. So, really, I won't start until the 29th when my husband goes out of town for business.
When all of you started to eat again. What was a normal meal for you? I can totally eat healthy. I was a vegan for 3 years. I just really don't want to go that route again. Do y'all eat meat, such as chicken, turkey, and fish? (No red meat here, it still grosses me out). I just want to know that I'm not going to be having to starve myself to keep weight off. Sorry to ask so many questions, I just really want to be prepared for what's to come. Thanks for your advice.
