I used the product Parastroy which comes in capsules instead of tincture.
As for timing, wait until your stomach feels normal and does not get upset when you eat. Even more importantly, make sure your bowels are functioning normally, some people report being constipated after finishing the MC. Since you start with small doses of most parasite products and slowly build up to larger doses, you can probably begin the cleanse within 24 hours of your first solid food. Tweet
