Day 14 My First Parasite ((Help))

Last night I began to come down with flu like symtoms, I thought it was the weather. This morning after my SWF, I realeased a 1/2 foot 1/2 inch thick parasite, It scared the hell out of me, was that thing in ME!!!! Now I am concerned as well as vigilant in continuing the cleanse. Can I do a parasite cleanse on the master clense and what is a good parasite clense. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
