Hulda Clark states in her book not to zap while pregnant. I built my own zapper and found out the same day that I was preggers with baby #4. I decided that since I had likely been living with these parasites for years that another 9 months wouldn't hurt. Baby was born in February and I've been zapping ever since. Good luck!
