Please Don't use Mineral Oil! Use instead Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil . The Mineral oil has petroleum chemicals in it and PCB's which could be contributing to your problem. I agree, it could still be Parasites. You may want to research on this site the information on parasite cleansing, Enema's to kill Bowel inhabitants, Diet and Household/Personal Products to avoid. My whole family uses the Zapper also for many different problems including Fungal, and we like it quite well!
