Thanks all, for the syrup suggestion. That and a cup of mint tea really did help. (And my son putting the leftover eggplant parm deep into the fridge).

This is my first cleanse, and I do feel like I'm still holding a lot in my system. Maybe I'll hit the jackpot after SW tomorrow (day 4).
