I agree on the maple syrup. Or blackstrap molasses. Even better to take one before and after if you know you'll be doing a serious workout! Read Somer's posts for more info....
Everyone's cleansing experience is different. Even for one person, each cleanse is different. The cravings will go away and come back. True hunger usually disappears by the third or fourth day, but I've had it through Day 6 before. Just keep the lemonade coming, take the extra syrup if needed, and you'll get through it. Are you drinking enough water?
