do the parasite cleanse by itself. you want to leave that med. in your bowels to kill the buggers.

then when you are done the next day do a Bowel Cleanse to move out any dead stuff and eggs.

you could do it like this:

- parasite cleanse- while drinking some apple juice to soften the stones as you kill the parasites. also parasites love Sugar so drinking a glass of apple juice with your parasite cleansing pills would help it even more. (if i remember you take that parasite cleanse 3x a day but its pills so its easy)

-follow up with a liver flush

-and then flush your bowels the day after you Liver Flush to get rid of stones and dead parasites that didnt come out when you went to the bathroom "normally"

dont forget:
drink a lot of water and juice while on the parasite cleanse to keep your bowels moving and to avoid negative "die off" symptoms

have enough Liver Flush ing. on hand in case a stone gets stuck. which can make you be in pain or feel ill. just follow it up with another Liver Flush right away and it should pop out.

post all your liver flush questions on the Liver Flush Forum . they are really great over there and do have a lot of exp. it seems

restock your colon with "healthy bacteria"/probiotics to help you digest food. they will be low in stock so to speak with all this flushing.
