on the bottle is says:

3 caps 3 times a day for 20 days with a 12 oz glass of water.


i got kinda hyper from them so i dont know if you will. i just wouldnt take it right before bed until you see if it makes you like that. it didnt do that to my other friend that tried it. make sure you drink enough water or juice with it so that the caps full melt and break open. i saw results in a couple days. it killed yeast and flukes in me. the flukes came out last. the yeast came out within 3 or 4 days.

a cool side effect. i had the most vivid dreams ever.
