Re: What you think?

answered below

Some still read. I do read A LOT both physical books and ebooks and articles.

Did you find the two cuban books
those are stuffed into boxes and when moved to another location I will pull them out; they would be very rare and surely not been copied- i doubt many copies ever existed due to their high price of $50 each back in 1950 and created only for wealthy people that could afford to have the author live in their home as a personal instructor.

and the 100 year old special exercise book ?
that book disappeared and probably will end up in the trash after I am gone and they pitch all the books and stuff---lots and lots of books and stuff..

I would absolutely LOVE to read them and or buy their PDF versions.
I would be surprised if a pdf has ever been made.
The English soldier was 110 when he wrote his first book about his experience in India-- when you search for books written by a 110 year old author---nothing shows up.

English Soldier

110 years old

India

Kids paid by gov to kill the old people

Those google words should find that book is it existed today--

Regarding raw grains, did Dr. Jackson eat them whole unflaked or he flaked the grain-berries first for easier mastication/chewing ?

Hot Cereal

AS well as in a bag around his neck

In which of his books talks about eating raw grains, what is the book's title ?

ALL the Dr. Robert Jackson M.D. Books from Toronto Canada, they exist, normally expensive---I pd as much as $800 for 1 I did not have and I still do not have them all or his many magazines.

According to some, grains only become alkaline when sprouted, since they taste sweet-ish when sprouted, a sign that it became alkaline. Raw unsprouted non-gmo non-poisoned grains do not taste sweet-ish to me like sprouted grains, they taste acidic.

What was Dr. Jackson's diet while feeling like superman ?

Grains 1 solid year and then he exercised- he documented everything in his many hard back books.

How many meals did he eat per day, when did he eat those meals and what did those meals contain ?

1 per day, the Roman Soldier Theory
