his friend Dr. Robert Jackson, M.D. took that much further and because he lived in Toronto where it is way to cold for humans to thrive, he believed as did Dr. John R. Christopher and living under your own Fig Tree or on the foods around you and grains / seeds can grow all over earth and cheap normally.

Seeds / Grains provide minerals------those that understand manna, know the organic minerals are produced in the upper atmosphere and in the ground and food for fruit trees/bushes/vines that make superior human foods.

GRAINS and many seeds are annual plants and can collect none organic minerals (too large). BUT, Dr. Jackson proved a human can turn into a super man living on alkaline seeds alone and that literally cost about $1 a day to do.

Often it is the grain covering that has the nutrition and not the grain its self------such as rice, one of his favorites was rice, the part thrown away, the outside and not rice its self.

Dr. Jackson created the roman meal bread company and sold it just shortly before he died in 1928. He carried his food in a pouch around his neck and otherwise created what we today know as HOT CEREAL.


Dr. Christopher also believed in hot cereal using a common THERMOS BOTTLE method..

YOU want none commercial grains--nothing from a walk in store,unless family owned like from amish et.


NONE GMO grains are rule 1.

It is easy to search internet for list of alkaline grains and seeds.


BUT, how many will follow the Jackson method for 1 year??? None

ps, my website has the grains that Jackson liked best..In erased it this year and started over from scratch, it was 25 years old and was made for this forum---this winter i will ad the jackson / hay books etc. will take some time........Im do it for fun only, no one reads today thanks to tiny cell phones
