No, actually your right, it is Apple cider vinigar, sometimes I get my words jumbled around.....One time I had a friend of mine laugh at me because I told her I needed to get a new "iron curler", lol. she laughed and said you mean curling iron....so I do that often.

Anyways, I wondered how long do we need to wait before we can fast again? Is waiting 2 weeks long enoungh to do another 15-20 days? I was going to wait 2 mnths but wanted to get back on sooner, cause I have a lot more waste to get out.
