I'm on my third day of the break, did fine with OJ the first day was able to eliminate that day.
Second day had OJ and Veg soup for dinner, did fine no cramping or nausea but I did notice some bloating later that evening, did not eliminate that day.
Third day lemon juice with 2 T AVC for breakfast, thought maybe the AVC would help with the bloating. Lunch 1 cup of lemon juice with 2 T AVC I had salad and veg. soup, now I'm still bloated and still no elimination since yesterday, oh, I did have my lax tea this morning hoping it would help. Any guess to what I'm doing wrong or is the bloating normal.
