Dealing with parasites/worms for over 20 years

Why does the Internet seem so quiet on the topic of parasites and worms? I KNOW I have them because I saw it with my own eyes and feel them every day. Can someone answer this question? Doesn't the military deal with parasites and worms due to deployments in other nations? Isn't the military usually more advanced in their solutions? How come I feel like I've tried every herb on the internet and nothing has worked? I know I am not delusional. If it were not for God, I would've really gone crazy by now. What are farmers doing on their farms with parasites? Is there something going on that the medical industry they don't want society to know? I am not into Conspiracy theories, I just want the truth. I feel I cannot move on with my life until this is dealt with. I wake up every night around 12am-4am with demons attacking me. I heard that the liver is hard at work trying to cleanse toxins at that time. I don't get enough sleep and it has ruined my career. Ever since my infection (I know exactly when it happened) my dreams became nightmares. 20+years of this...how do I lead a normal life??

Interesting thing is that God says that those who rebel against Him in the end will have a worm that never dies and that they will not rest day or night. I assume this is justice over His children...
