Hi Grizz and Everyone,
I'd like to know if anyone has had problems taking all their vitamins (supplements, co-factors, antioxidants etc) within 1/2 hour of taking iodine? This would include the B-vitamins, selenium, etc. I don't want the oxidizing effect of Iodine to cancel out (neutralize) the antioxidants or vice-versa. Any thoughts on that? I read it's best to take Vitamin C apart from Iodine for that purpose. .... What about other antioxidants too? Thanks!
