This is in reply to mmmmm1234 who wrote about cheilitis and food reactions to vinegar dairy acidic etc. If anyone else has this type of list I welcome replies. I had it since 2009. It's 2022. I can minimize but not cure it with avoiding vinegar dried fruits and certain cheeses sauces. But I don't think it's the acid in fruit. I think it's the pesticides. I do ok w organic fruit. I can't use fake butter either like soy spread margarine etc. And certain nuts. I just don't know if it's the food or an additive. I can eat a chocolate sometimes but not all. And my reactions are almost instant. Then I itch for hours. Would love to find others in same boat
