Sorry for the late reply. I just saw it now.
When I went to my dermatologist for the first time and he started me on the injections. he didn´t mention a plan B. I have a appointment with on 5th of August, so I´ll see what he says I should do if the injections don´t do anything (It´s been about 4 months and 20 days, and still nothing)
Regarding the country, I am from Portugal, in Europe
Regarding my situation, as I have said I don´t see any progress with the injections. In the meantime, a week ago, I started the anti-inflammatory diet (no gluten,dairy, sugar, red meat and nightshade food) just to try something new. I might do it for 3-6 months.
I´m still not applying anything on my lips for about 7 months now (the quarantine and online classes help a lot with that)
