Re: Starting water fasting again, now have bright yellow diarrhoea

Sadly since writing on here 4 days in I have a little heartburn. More worryingly have bright yellow diarrhoea (completely liquid but with min prick sized something in it).

I'm now wondering if this is either a blocked bile duct, re-routing the bile?

or a parasite infection of sort?

can anyone relate or offer a possible explanation pls?
