I took the 3000 mg CoQ10 a week ago, and nothing happened. I had yellow-orange diarrhea and I saw no parasites, no candida... Then I took lots of garlic that night and the following, and a few days later I got terrible cravings for junk food, ice cream, and I gave in :-(( I think if I didn't, I would have passed something interesting since the cravings were the parasites last chance to survive... Never mind. I'll try it again, but next time I'll be strong.
Soon I'll start IF#1&2, do you think I should do the CoQ10 before, or during my bowel cleanse?
