Hey Girlfriend!

Well, I did not have any cramping from the CoQ-10. I took all 3000 milligrams at once, too.

But, when my stomach started cramping from the fluke, it hit me fast and hard that morning. The funny thing was when I went to my health food store and the lady at that store who knows EVERYTHING I need to know about cleansing described the symptoms I had when I told her about the fluke. She said the cramping is part of it!!

So, who knows......you may see a fluke yet. I really hope you do.
