Well I just posted that last video clip because he has that line from the video you posted (which was from a sermon to some youth group back in 2006 I think) where he says "I don't know why you're clapping, I'm talking about you!" and that line has been used in countless memes over the years, and so watch it again and you'll get why everyone is laughing, if you didn't already understand what that was about.
