I agree with you on that, dermatologists seem to be a waste of time, even the ones who genuinely want to help you. I’ve found more help with Oral Pathologists. You should try to find one of those in your area.

I’m at a point now where I would fly anywhere in the world to meet with a promotion specialist. If anyone has any recommendations please PM me with information
