The only eggs that can be viewed with the naked eye are Tapeworm eggs. People report seeing "white rice" in their stools. Keep in mind that these are guesses and not a diagnosis. If it were me, I would try to find a compentent doctor (which can be hard), they can address these with prescriptions which is a much better idea than using an herbal product, I am sure some will disagree. Before they can prescribe, they ask for a positive parasite test.
Most parasite tests use what they call Ova identification, e.g. they don't look for the adult in the stool, but rather eggs which are distinctly different from species to species. There are a number of varieties of tapes. Again, opinions are just opinions.
