Movement in leg

Hello again. I woke up and notices this on my left leg. I also have a moving feeling in my calf. If you can imagine a earth worm crawling on the ground that's what it feels like in my leg. Has anyone ever heard of or seen anything like this? I have been taking albedazole and prazi. It has helped a lot of the other symptoms I had but this moving feeling in my leg has persisted. Is there a topical anti parasitic I could use? Maybe there is something else that can cause similar feelings.
