I seriously doubt it. We have too many outlets to allow any major deceptions stand for very long - some of them award-winning - as well as several fact-checking agencies. And unlike your lamestream media, ours hasn't sold out to corporate interests and the industrial/military complex. At least, not yet.

Does that mean our news media is totally propaganda-free? Of course not. I doubt if any country has news media that is completely free of bias. Despite that, I think our news sources make a reasonable fist of presenting it as it is.
