Re: Betaine Hydrochloride

Hi,

Most people seem to think my issue is low stomach acid. Do you know what could be causing this or how I could remedy it. I have constant belching and things like post nasal drip(or constant mucous at back of throat), keratosis pilaris, body odour, undigested food in stool, dark bags under eyes, restless leg, acid reflux/heartburn.
I’ve had h pylori tests that always seem to come back negative.
I’m really not sure what to do now, betaine HCL isn’t really a option as I have to take about 13 tabs to get any burning. I’ve also tried apple cider vinegar.
