Belching or gas within one hour after eating: 3, even when water fasting.
heartburn or acid reflux: 2, almost everyday
bloating within one hour after eating: 1
a vegan diet: 0
bad breath: 2, I can’t smell my breath so not sure, but I have suspected bad breath
loss of taste for meat: 0
sweat has a strong odor: 3 I suffer with body odour I can’t smell
stomach upset by taking vitamins: 1 I took some tablets once that made me feel not too great, I think it was b vitamin complex
sense of excess fullness after meals: 1, happens sometimes
feel like skipping breakfast: 0
feel better if you don’t eat: 1
sleepy after meals: 1
fingernails chip, peel or break easily: 0
anemia unresponsive to iron: not sure, so 0
stomach pains or cramps diarrhea (chronic): 1, suffer with pains and constipation
diarrhea shortly after meals: 0, suffer with constipation
black or tarry colored stools: 1, I have had this, but my sto is usually light brown
undigested food in stool: 3, happens all the time.
