Re: There is a Cure for Type 1 Diabetes
Hi Katy,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have not been checking this partiular e-mail address of late.
From what is in Young's current book, he has 33% of his type 1's off insulin in 90 days. (3 out of 9) I do not know the validity of these claims.
With both children turning type 1 diabetic so recently, you have an excellent opportunity to keep them off of insulin if you/they go on a completely raw, vegan diet. There is a book out called "The Raw Family", in it their son is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, but instead of putting him on insulin, they put him on an all raw diet and within a few weeks his blood sugars stabilize. He is insulin free to this day. He has maintained an all raw diet and his entire family has as well. They too have elimated all kinds of physical ailments. By their account the family thrives with enormous energy and health. There are other instances of type 1's getting off of insulin, but the key factor that I have found, in every instance is the raw, vegan diet. It appears that diabetes is a problem of diet, even though us type 1's are told that it is because the immune system is attacking the beta cells.

Dr Young's protocol is similar to Dr Christopher's, Dr Shultze's, Dr Norman Walker's, Dr Bernarr Zovluck's, and others who realize that the body will heal itself given the opportunity.
I am still working on my type 1 cure and have been getting closer and closer. I'll post more when I am off insulin.
All the best,
Brock
