Before starting a fast eat all organic raw plant based foods. The day before or day if starting to fast, do a salt water flush or enema, your intestines will be cleaned.
Then...
Drink warm water as per thirst.
Stay warm.
Rest plenty.
Don’t drink teas or take any supplements.
Let your body do its cleaning and healing job.
Breaking your fast depends on how many days you fast. But it is important to break your fast with organic orange, lemon, lime or grapefruit juice. You can also break your fast with Watermelon or tomato juice. All juices have to be freshly squeezed and consumed right away.
Then build your appetite slowly. Stay in plant based diet and you will do amazing healing for your body and mind.
