No, I don’t really know what has caused the symptoms. That’s why I’m interested in learning more about things that could be stressing my adrenals. I feel it’s very difficult to treat anything when you don’t know the cause. The saliva test I had was normal except in the evening, when adrenal levels dropped. This I find strange, because I feel best in the evening. But I was anxious the day I took the test so I’m not necessarily convinced it is a good representation of my adrenal levels on the average day.

Thanks for the post on lead as well. It’s something to look into. I actually hadn’t heard much about lead in water. I wonder if high levels of lead in drinking water is a common issue or not.
