Re: Adrenal fatigue
Are you saying you don't know what caused these symptoms in the first place? Looks like classic adrenal fatigue to me also, do you know how it started, when it began and why?
For me it was a combination of many things but in the end I brought it on by excessive exercise and also ignoring my thyroid problem, which is often connected with the adrenal situation.
Do you remember what the "diagnosis" was from the saliva test? For example I was stage five adrenal fatigue, and my number was very low in the morning, 8am, but virtually normal at 4pm, then already abnormally low at 8pm. I never got a full night's sleep and woke up exhausted.
In my opinion the best thing to do is a wholistic program, so that all the bases are covered, because everything is connected. .One organ or gland problem affects all the others. Also you may never know the exact origin of what you are experiencing. But if you get healthy it doesn't matter "guyou eat and how you live is critical, and there is so much to do to heal adrenal fatigue that you might as well get started on it all, as it can take a long time to fully recover. Some are lucky to find the specific "one" cause or lacking nutrient and heal quickly, but most spend years learning and healing.
new saliva test would reveal more, but its not necessary if you want to spend the money on healing instead, for it sure sounds obvious you have adrenal fatigue.
Any info you can share will be helpful
