Lots of great info... you mentioned that you did a 40-day MC--was that your first Master-Cleanse ever? And how often do you do the LFs? I'm starting the Master-Cleanse tomorrow, hoping to go for 60 days (did a successful 21 days last summer), and then maybe doing an Liver-Flush after that--I guess about two weeks after, is the recommendation? How often do you need to do them (it sounds like you need an entire weekend to devote to it)? And how do you know when you're done flushing?
