Re: Olive Oil vs. Lecithin?

Hi MH,

So sunflower lecithin is extracted from sunflower oil which is extracted from sunflower seeds.

You said 3 oz lecithin(preferably liquid sunflower lecithin) per day will heal/clean the liver.

If one can't find clean liquid sunflower lecithin, how much sunflower oil would equal 3 oz liquid sunflower lecithin?

What about olive oil? Does olive oil do the same thing as sunflower lecithin/ sunflower oil?

Meaning it repairs arteries, nerves, brain, cells etc?

If yes, this means olive oil can be used to heal/clean the liver instead of sunflower oil/ sunflower lecithin?

If yes, how much olive oil would replace 3 oz liquid sunflower lecithin?

Thank you very much and God bless
