Lecithin was used medically back in the 30's, shortly after Lecithin/soybeans was made popular by one of the greatest American Herbalist who desired everyone live on soybean products and not MEAT.

WHY? Soy lecithin is very much thicker than olive oil. Olive Oil is called an oil, while Lecithin is used to describe the fat of the soybean, so I am ssuming soybeans have far more lecithin than olive oil or not totally sure olive oil has much of any lecithin.

I DO KNOW olive oil makes the liver flush, so the liver looses the gallstones. Does olive oil cleanse/replace the old worn out human lecithin? I have no clue! The books claim soy lecithin is assimulated by the body and repairs the blood vessels, the brain, the nerves or basically is the greated plant supplement discovered in the history of supplements.

I mix it with olive oil to dilute it so it is managable and for my formula I add the BF&C herbs. The average person can simple buy a gallon of Lecithin $34.95 and a few gallons of olive oil $30 and for $100 or less (shipping, etc.) have 3 gallons of supplement that I will suggest is a better treatment than the finest hospitals on earth can provide. The dose is 1-3 tablespoons daily and I see zero problems with taking that much or more. The chiropractors today suggest people are dieing from the lack of fats in their diet. NOT dead animal blubber, but plant fats and I agree 100%. "IF" we ate God's diet, we would eat fruits/nuts/berries all of which would supply us with all our needs along with sun and air.

A mangy dog is lacking essential nutrients, supply it olive oil/coconut fat/lecithin, etc. and in no time it's hair will look great!

BECAUSE a dog can assimulate chicken eggs, eating eggs also supplies it allot of chicken egg lecithin and the hair will turn beautiful, BUT humansare plant eaters, so our lecithin must come from tree/plant sources. SO NEVER buy commercial lecithin supplements from egg source, because allot of it waste lecithin from egg processing. NOTE: The vaccin business uses millions of eggs, who is to say that is not where egg lecithin comes from, because scientist don't throw anything away, they sell it to humans or feed/spray it on us from the air, etc.

What about olive oil? Does olive oil do the same thing as sunflower lecithin/ sunflower oil?

EACH PERSON HAS TO USE WHAT THEY LIKE AND OLIVE OIL SURELY HAS THE MOST HISTORY OF ALL FRUIT OILS.

Meaning it repairs arteries, nerves, brain, cells etc?
THE BLOOD DOES ALL THE REPAIRS
LIKE DOES DISSOLVE LIKE---SO LECITHIN AIDS IN DISSOLVING THE MUD IN YOUR ARTERIES/NERVES/BRAIN/LIVER ETC.

If yes, this means olive oil can be used to heal/clean the liver instead of sunflower oil/ sunflower lecithin?

TRY 1-3 OUNCES OF BEST GRADE OLIVE OIL DAILY AND ADJUST FROM THAT

OLIVE OIL SHOULD APPEAR GREEN IN COLOR AND TASTE GOOD
IF NOT, IT COULD HAVE PETROLEUM ADDED OR EVEN 5% SILICON ADDED FOR COOKING.
