I know this question is old but if someone looking fr the answer runs across it, they'll have it later. Yes apparently it is safe enough for Doctors to administer 60cc's of it for $160. I am presently taking Colloidal Silver intravenously. It seems to be working fine, no adverse over the top effects other than areas infested get itchy and area seems to look dryer than usual w dead skin covering. but since I know what I'm looking at its the parasites in that area that evidently have been expelled or attempted to get away from the silver but died in the process. Yes it works throughout the entre body not just in applied area it goes everywhere your blood travels. no!! do not add saline to it it wont be collidal silver. you can add in liquid b12, is what my doctor does.
