I found this from Dr.Pedersen at Guardian-Silver:


"..It should be noted that saline solution cannot be used because the salts in the saline inactivate the silver sol. This is a very important formulation and can be adjusted in any parts per million of the silver sol. Using the mathematical proportion of 250 CCs, you can use any part per million that you need to begin with...."
