Chances of death if sleeping naked with a fever.

Thanks sir you've given me a lot of useful input.
 Let's take fasting out of the equation. No fasting involved just me having a fever. Am eating fine. I just want to be naked all day while having the fever as that's how I feel most relaxed and calm. What are my chances of death or fatal health consequences. That's all I'm worried about if that's not the I'm good to go.
