                                           Thank you for responding. I would to just know what your qualifications are. You sound qualified and your advice seems useful.

I just had a few further questions:
You during fever you should stay warm so be clothed so maximum energy is used for healing. But:
a. when you are bare your blood and other lymphatic fluid tend to flow more freely than clothed should that also then not save some energy too ultimately neutralizing the increased heat?
b. Plus when nude you tend to breathe deeper which should also help in bodily functions right?
c. Also while sleeping during fever people tend to wake up due to hot flashes. While sleeping nude has scientifically been proven reduce body temperature, thereby, insuring continuous sleep.
d. Also in general I prefer sleeping bare than clothed.

However, if despite this you feel being clothed is best during fever with no fasting involved then I will gladly accept your advice. It's totally your call please don't feel pressurised and just taking all details into consideration let me know what you feel is best.
