Well, you have a lot of fear. I suggest you get over fears and then fast.

If you have fever that means you have infection, there is no such thing fever from fasting. Fever is bodies natural mechanism to fight bacterial infection.

During a water only fast, you need to follow simple rules....

Drink filtered water as per thirst, nothing but water should go in your mouth. Stay warm during a fast, it is a best condition to be in so your body spends energy on healing and not to keep itself warm. Lastly, rest plenty, no exercise or hard work.

So slep naked or not keep warm. Never take medications when fasting, that will definitely kill you not the fast or fever.

Educate yourself, be confident, trust your body to do its job and then fast.
