Note that I have been applying Pyrantel Pamoate paste directly to areas infected by Strongyloids, and seeing good results - it's messy as it dries to a caked yellow crust, but when that is cleaned off after a couple of hours and then re-applied (I repeat that a few times as times allows), the results are noteable reduction in local population, AND aids in healing.
