I think you took too high a dose. If you are 150 lbs, take the dose for 150 horse, not 250 horse. I am 150 libs as well (and I realize neither of is a horse ~ ) Fortunately it doesn't stay in the system all that long. I seriously don't know the dosing for demodex, since I took it for something else.
