Could you order it from Tractor Supply Company or Valley Vet here in US? The dosage is the same for peopel as for horses, and the thing is manufactured for a horse's dose, some brands are for 1500 lb horses, some 1250 lb horses, so you can figure it out mathmatically. Mainly, I wanted to tell you I got rid of demodex by taking oral ivermectin but it did take awhile, so you should order several tubes. Eventaully I just had them in my eyelashes, and I used permetrin cream there along with the oral iver.
